Recently bought a house and now undergoing defects, but the management office called and asked to check if the tiles we are okay with it. The problem is this happens to other owners as well. And, the management threaten if I don't agree with the tiles, then I have no choice but to wait. And the management said other owners at first doesn't agree to it but as they wait, they have no choice but to agree to it. Want to know if this is legal?
