hi, no problem at all. thought it'll be helpful to others since i was clueless when i started this renovation.

yes, initially i wanted to engage ID, but after discussing with few IDs, I realised I don't have that type of budget (almost double than the actual budget).

after completing the project, i dont dare recommend this contractor, that is why i dont really pass their contact to anyone. in terms of communication they are okay but it terms of workmanship, im not really satisfied.
