Hi, thanks for sharing the journey even during this hectic time.
I had the same route as you to first approach the ID and realising it will double up the budget. Results to design and plan on myself.
I’m in the middle of looking for a reliable contractor. The sharing on quotations really helps a lot while giving an idea of what’s a good details quotation be like.
By the way, how is the workmanship so far on your contractor? Would you recommend it based on your experience?
