Did not receive SMS notification when order, GrabFood

Anyone know why I did not receive any SMS notification when I order GrabFood after my amount is charged from my bank card ? Never really order grab before, first time using but I know by right there should be a sms notification alerting us that X amount is charged when order grabfood.

im using maybank debit card
order grab service or foodpanda got sms every time |

have to check with your credit card company, i did receive every times as i linked with credit card.
