Due to MCO, I've generally utilize the Boost e-wallet a lot lesser.
My interest has also shifted to other e-wallet which are more attractive.

I tried contacting Boost customer service and they claimed as of 18th May 2020, the transfer out feature is no longer available on Boost App.

I've still got an amount in the Boost e-wallet, are there any methods to transfer it out?

This will be another issue, which is remaining coins sad.gif

Boost claimed that they disabled the the cash out feature for our safety, but matter of fact is the app is not secure enough.

Lol you think they disabled that feature cuz it's "not secured" enough? That's pure bullshit lol, they realize ppl keep top up their wallet nonstop from credit card and cash out to bank. Just like you are trying to do rn.

if really don't need boost, request termination better.

they will need to refund you all the balance in boost wallet.

end the relationship with boost officially so that your account will be closed.

In our market I would say only max of 2 digital pay platforms can survive. That would be TnG and GrabPay. Boost is on its way out.

Just a short update, for Boost app the DuitNow it is only able to transfer to merchant account but not personal account.

I have use the remaining credits to pay bills and coins to try my luck.
