But not power

Even my z1k some non bikers think that is 600cc. A group of ahpeks even thought it's only 250cc

I tried the 200c then 650cc before after getting my B full license.

Recommended, but not compulsory for you to get the 250cc.

Power wise- yes there is a gap. But i dont think its significant provided you are not power craze. Maintenance wise its relatively almost the same.

If I was in ur place, I go for direct 600cc

Which 650cc? I assume it's paralell twin... Such as Versys, Strom, or naked such as er6n, z650, eat .
Even the aprilia rs660 is not that scary.
650 inline 4 such as CBR650 is still manageable.

But not 600 sports such as r6, zx6, gsxr6, cbr600, etc.

I don't even dare to call my 1000cc bike a superbike. Lol

Go for above 900. Below 900 is still considered kapcai.

Depends on what type of engine config.

900cc vtwin cruisers will give out about 70ish bhp.
Where as inline 4 900cc such as the z900 (948cc) gives out about 125bhp and close to 100nm of torque.
Even the 850cc mt09 is about 115bhp and close to 90nm torque.
