AIA vitality customer care and the app doesn't seem to understand the difference between PACE and SPEED
LOWER pace means HIGHER speed HIGHER pace means LOWER speed correct? As per table below  https://runbundle.com/tools/running-pace-sp...sion-calculator Online calculator if i input 6.04 pace also comes out 9.889 km/HR   |
