- Reputable developer in Malaysia.
- Strong financial & capital with diversify portfolios.
- You hardly will hear about major defect issues for their projects, quality assurance thumbup.gif

1) This is a car junkyard area.
Yes, no doubt that Jalan Segambut is a light industrial location full with car junkyard & workshops, however, land is so limited in Klang Valley especially for Freehold land, most important it's still a prime location whereby only takes approx. 7km to reach to KLCC, that's why pricing is affordable range icon_rolleyes.gif

2) This area got flooding issue
I've never encounter/witness this issue for the past 4 years I'm working in the sales gallery, btw our developer is putting effort to raise the land of our development , existing land level is approx. 37.5m and we have raised 2m height.

3) Nearby got Cemetery
Yes, there is a Muslim cemetery at the back of KTM side, therefore our architect has taken into consideration during the product planning, that's why you won't be able to view it from Savvy smile.gif

Yes, it's call KL Metropolitan, but so far they haven't confirm any join venture developer yet, quite quiet at the moment.

Don't think so in near future, the developer won't buy the land in front.

It's under Segambut ya, I believe the price will be much more higher if it's a Dutamas/Mont Kiara location. smile.gif
