 Flat house setia alam 200k market price

Helo... I have flat house at setia alam ..market price around 200k base on mudah n other property web.. this flat price can go high or fix at this price?? Should i sell rite now??

Bank blr rite now low rite.. so if i paid all loan than i can get more margin

If i maintain it in 5 years. Possible market price will increase??

Govt assisted housing ? ... if yes there are conditions b4 a sale can proceed.

If you need the money for the next purchase, then sell.

In property investment, one cannot buy at the lowest nor sell at the highest. If one is satisfied with the current price, just proceed.

In your current house category, there are many buyers but also many lack loan qualifications or a 10% downpayment plus purchase expenses.

It looks affordable yet unaffordable to many.

Firstly, all low cost category sale must obtain the consent from the State govt.

The restrictions is close to those rumah selangor ku ... must be 1st time homeowner, income restriction etc. ....similar to the conditions when you first purchased.

Google to read more.

Otherwise I also want to buy ....but not qualified.
