I’m thinking the following strategy.. wonder what other guru think of this strategy ..
I’m thinking to max up all my LA for property investment
Then as for my dream home semi d or banglow, I rent using my company which I can also use to deduct tax
Is this a good investment strategy?

You be tax personally for bungalow rental under co occupied by a director under benefits-in-kind.
