Medical Conditions Anyone treated Phimosis without circumcision?, Need advice on to cure Phimosis

Exercise? not sure if jogging or bench press going to help solve your phimosis. But it is good for you overall cardiovascular health. Ring Method? you mean put a ring on your pen1s? if this is what you meant, please don't. Don't give abang BOMBA more work to do. The ring is not going to solve you phimosis, but will likely constrict blood flow causing ischemia. Your best bet is using steroid cream and gently stretch daily. If in doubt, please visit a GP or Urology. |
