in map 2 and 4 there is a bridge thingy, climb up there time it properly and jump on top of his back (the part where there are no scales)

and u don't use barrel bombs, u can oni use the anti dragon bomb that they have provided.

I dont think u can hit his back with a katana either ...

I think best is to get the downloaded town kushala quest
I can KO him solo, within the 1st round.
Probably the easiest Kusha, in my opinion, since they even provide lots of supply bombs for the party.
