the legal fees is similar to a single Mcdonald's happy meal, but everything else makes things more restrictive.

Main Benefits, I would say you get to take your dog with you when you wanna go overseas etc or can argue with your neighbour with a paper from town council to back you up.

If your neighbours and neighbourhood is cool about it, then no need lah.

If you foresee some trouble then just register for one dog only.
