I’m curious what kind of questions will the bank ask to my boss to verify my employment? I don’t feel like want to let my boss know i purchase property 😬

I think the bank will only ask your employment validity only... and usually the bank will only tell your boss that he is from bank non other than that.

People always say that LO and salary slip can be forged.

just to verify u really working in your said company. Your boss usually will not know unless ur boss is also your HR, or your HR ppl big mouth go tell your boss.

normally verification officer just want to verify whether you are working in this company or not, lenght of service, salary to tally with your loan application detail.

the bank will definitely call your boss since your company has no hr.. no choice ts, this is to verify your employment.. and all banks' procedure are the same

Some banks stop at the admin/receptionist. They call up, check the position of the person & confirm that the person is working there... that's it.

Happened to me. I was confused when my receptionist informed me got bank called up. But then.. most of the time, the calls will go to my HR/Accounts Dept to confirm the length/pay/position.
