I remember I used to have the weekly migraine, every Monday, during my teenage years (around Form 1 and Form 2).

Not exactly every single Monday but almost every Monday. It may skipped certain Mondays but it is always Mondays.

I was curious what's the cause of it.

I read from the Internet it's either due to changing sleep patterns from Sunday to Monday. Like waking up around 9am on Sunday but need to wake up as early as 5.30am on Monday.

But strangely, the migraine lessened when I reached Form 3, 4, 5, even with the changing sleep patterns from Sunday to Monday.

Anyone else had this weekly Monday migraine during their teenage years?

Sounds like your body struggling to fit the sudden change of waking time

Migraine can be caused by many reasons one it is actually quite hard to accurately pinpoint the exact reason but from what you said could be either the one i mentioned just now, or you feeling "stress" about having to go school tmr

Who knows lol

Very likely due to sleep pattern

It is best to maintain consistent time schedule.
Eg: Same meal time, same sleep time, same wake time.

Mind asking if still experiencing it?

I don't suffer from migraine anymore. That's the only time i suffered from migraine. Form 1 to Form 2.
The pain is very intense that you would have to lie down on the bed.

But now i suffer from regular tension headache like once a fortnight. This is very different. I believe it's due to computer eye strain. The headache is dull like a tight ring band wrapping your head with pain coming from behind the eyes. Obviously, it's due to eye strain. I can still walk around and do my work but still it's painful.
