My phone kinda died this morning and it cannot turn on and I need a phone delivered to me within 3 working days.
So I just bought a phone from the MY samsung store and they did mention that it takes 1-3 days delivery time but may change due to FMCO, any ideas if it can take longer considering our current situation?

I don't have time to wait 7-10 working days because I need the phone to contact my work HR who will deliver me a new laptop next week, there's no spare phone for me at the moment.

Bought 2 monitors on separate occasions from the samsung online store. Once in Dec 2020 and recently just early this month. Received both orders within 2 days but the problem I faced was that the website status tracking is not up to date. Both orders were delivered when the website status was shown to be processing.

What's the spec for the s20fe? Uses exynos or snapdragon?

If SMS, i don recall, i think i receive call
Email, i receive after 2 week when is shipped

Latest model s20fe, both 4G & 5G are snapdragon

i ordered the same S20 FE 4G on 17th and received my phone via DHL on the 19th.

Where is ur loc ts? If you are in kd or nearby & If its really urgent, i have Iphone 6+ & 6s. You can have them till your new phone arrives.

Buy from shopee a cheap phone also delivered faster than them.

And they don’t even wrap in bubble wrap. But with big branding stating it’s Samsung so high risk got stolen.

I did not buy phone from samsung, but bought the earbuds from the website. Took them 2 days for the delivery.

bought twice from education store, so far by 2-3 days arrive already

there wont be any samsung wordings outside the packing, even the sender address also no Samsung
