I have signed SPA and LA last Monday and made the downpayment to developer last Wednesday. How long do they process and give me back the stamped copy of SPA and LA? and how long will the bank release the money to developer? As the project that I purchased already built until Stage 2C

The bank will release the money upon the advise of the lawyer based on the request by the developer.

All complete documents must be handed to the bank to effect payment.

At the present moment, the time needed to stamp the documents varies depending on lhdn efficiency, Many backlog documents are waiting to be stamped.

The right person to ask is the lawyer.

quite long, me already 3 month still havent released,
lawyer say it will take few months as needed to process HOC first, after HOC is cleared then bank will release the money

based on my experience buying subsale unit... will take around 3 months from the SPA signing date... if more than that can start follow up with lawyer frequently...

HOC might delay it (approval/changes etc).

3 months actually not that long considering the current situation. Then if your developer ask for money fast... then it will start to run very fast.
