Haltech is the choice. Last time microtech is cheaper. From last time info about 10 year already, got quite a lot of tuners learn and tune with haltech. Support also good since it's near and from Australia.

Top of the line choice is definitely motec.

Some reading material. That time these are probably the best bang for buck models. Expensive, yes. But its much cheaper that top of the line MOTEC. Most importantly that time got lots of knowledgeable tuners for Haltech. Today not sure still are.
