Has anyone had any experience with this used car dealer,

They seem to try to create impression of being more professional/legit ala BMW Premium Selection.

Some of their cars look to be quite low milage, and got money back guarantee if accident.

Too good to be true ?

Exactly, but if it is credible then the lower mileage would be more believable.

Wondering if anybody got buy from them before, and how the experience was.

Unless the service record is present, else I won’t believe the mileage stated as most likely it’s tampered.

I agree. Used car dealers that doesn't tamper with mileage is a myth. Just like unicorns, they don't exist. Unless maybe those used car sold by their own brand. Like Perodua or Toyota. Even that, get the service records else take the mileage with a grain of salt.

Get the car number plate from dealer and verify at Honda when was the last service and the mileage clocked.

Modern cars like this 2018 car will always be in the service center (SC) system. Whatmore the car is 3 yrs old only and the 3 yrs all under warranty should all have been serviced at official Honda SC.

Dealer should not hesitate to give you the number plate or chassis number (for checking accident/insurance info), otherwise walk away.

If the car was still under warranty, u can call SC to check the record history, each service km mileage record for more guide on how genuine the mileage is

There are used car dealers out there who take their business seriously and ethically.

In the ads also dare to show you the service history sticker and service booklet.

Yes but rare in Klang Valley.
Once I have to travel to Kluang, JB to buy a used Toyota because it comes complete with service booklet and the seller was honest.

Take those ads with a pinch of salt. Those service stickers is so generic. anywhere also can buy and write your own.

as far as i know, sometimes service booklet not a clear indication of servicing at SC. A few Camry that I have been looking at, only got 1 stamp on their service booklets, the first service. The subsequent services all never stamp on the book, all kept in the computer system at SC.

i dont believe the SC not stamp on the book. most brand even merz stamps on the book for the record, warranty purposes. those include Proton cars. either the owner indeed service the car at sc but don't follow the manufacturer recommended parts, hence the sc will not stamp on the warranty booklet

problem is there are many BMW premium selection outlets out there, their prices are very much higher than outside pricing.

I have visited one near my house, claiming to be one of the premium selection outlets, car looks decent but when they quote the price, it is somewhat higher than outside by more than 10K. (car price only)

this is the only way we can roughly determine the car genuine mileage. back in 2018, bought a 3 years old Iriz premium at 1/3 price of brand new, mileage at 11k km. of cz doubt it, but SC has the car record, it is indeed under utilized car for 3 years old. basically, all the car service interval was way below mileage recommendation, but the owner keep service it for warranty.

Nope, i wasnt looking for this model, it was just an example to show the look and feel of this so called "premium selection" seller.

I came across it when randomly scrolling mudah.

As with purchasing any used cars, if you are not technically sound, always bring a trusted mechanic.

Certain things can be telltale signs that the car has clocked more mileage than advertised. And also to identify potential issues that will need attending to.

when to view a volvo s60 at this Cassa auto at seri kembagaan, they literally tampered the mileage to 20k km that has no service record, I suggest avoid at all cost.
