MI TV P1 bootloop

Hi guys!
i'm having a problem with the MI TV P1 that i just bought recently. after i turned it on and finished the setup, it went into bootloop as soon as it showed the home menu. i tried changing power source and plugs, but to no avail. is there any other fix that i can do?

Can you try this method?
Power off MI TV
At remote control -> Hold down "OK" button and "Back" Button together.
Power on TV
You should see a list of command.
Choose "Factory reset" if available.
After factory reset -> Choose "Reboot"
Note: I just try to help only. Any problem will not held reliability.
