What is the tenancy agreement stamp duty currently for 1 year agreement?
If we just stamp one copy instead of two copies, what are the problems later?

You can use a service like stamping.biz.my . They charge a small fee, but saves you from all the hassle of going to LHDN. Every copy is only RM 10 extra so just pay it.
