sometimes they deliver wrong address, problem is u dunno to whom

Checked your mail box already? Usually if parcel small enough, they tend to stuff it in there. And got proof of delivery.

Check your proof of delivery. If there isn't any, you have to lodge a complaint

Sometimes jnt didnt have enuff time to ship they kept the item with them first, tomorrow they'll ship out.

Wait for a day or 2. Last week suppose got 2 packages, but only deliver 1 and claimed both delivered. Then today quietly send back to me.

check your mailbox and other surrounding areas outside your house, nowadays pattern is postman just leave the package somewhere, ring doorbell and ciao

if really die2 not there, then just make a report saying you didnt recieve and didnt sign anything

if really cannot then gg lor. thankfully my hous 24/7 cctv so if this situation happens to me i got proof that they didnt deliver

my shopee item got stolen once, order 5 but only receive 1 with tampered parcel luckily the stupid jnt stealer tape it using jnt tape so i make dispute and got refund

jnt.. tonight say parcel delivered, then i call driver, and driver said tomolo2.

usually this. can give them a day for the postman to deliver your parcel

Happened to me a few times b4. Package was finally delivered the next day after the purported "delivery".

they must deliver the parcel on the same day they were assigned with the parcel, otherwise no commission.

so the trick is they click delivered lo

Looks like a legit complaint. Go file it to the party/platform that you bought it from.

actually it depends on your area and places mine ordered item on shopee on thu then on weekend got the parcel already

Click Proof of Delivery to see the picture. Normally key in Sender/Receiver last 4 digits.
Did you receive any WhatsApp message from J&T?
Try Extend Shopee Guarantee and wait for tomorrow.
If still never received then click return and refund mention didn't receive parcel.

JnT slowest and most roughest at treating customer parcels.

depends on area, my area not that suck..not fast like last time but all item still delivered to me

most likely. Happened to me once. Just claim for refund. But its cheap, only RM20, metal inside, so feel heavy, JT might tot something expensive, so kena tibai lar.

Wait one day. Met with these situations many times. The rider pressed delivered, probably cos today tak sempat.

Yup I'd say meeting kpi is the primary reason for such happenings

Sometimes these CB JnT delivery people simply update status to "Delivered" just to complete their daily delivery quota.......then they'll deliver your parcel 1 or 2 days later......😅

Then u have the problematic J&T guys in your area. My place KV but best n better than Poslaju and DHL or Ninja and Shopee Express. Depends on the delivery guy. Good and reaponisble for me. I gave him two air kotak a few days ago.

Yup..for me, if bulky items same, will be a guy naik lori will send..barang besar/fragile, another guy naik myvi..small items, motor guy..that one has been changing but lorry n myvi guy always same fella.

Nope. Same with other couriers I guess. Poslaju always same boy send to me. He already know my name since i pick up wifeys items a lot. So it depends on how reponsible ur delivery guy is
