sometimes they deliver wrong address, problem is u dunno to whom

Checked your mail box already? Usually if parcel small enough, they tend to stuff it in there. And got proof of delivery.

Check your proof of delivery. If there isn't any, you have to lodge a complaint

Sometimes jnt didnt have enuff time to ship they kept the item with them first, tomorrow they'll ship out.

Wait for a day or 2. Last week suppose got 2 packages, but only deliver 1 and claimed both delivered. Then today quietly send back to me.

check your mailbox and other surrounding areas outside your house, nowadays pattern is postman just leave the package somewhere, ring doorbell and ciao

if really die2 not there, then just make a report saying you didnt recieve and didnt sign anything

if really cannot then gg lor. thankfully my hous 24/7 cctv so if this situation happens to me i got proof that they didnt deliver

my shopee item got stolen once, order 5 but only receive 1 with tampered parcel luckily the stupid jnt stealer tape it using jnt tape so i make dispute and got refund

jnt.. tonight say parcel delivered, then i call driver, and driver said tomolo2.

usually this. can give them a day for the postman to deliver your parcel

Happened to me a few times b4. Package was finally delivered the next day after the purported "delivery".

they must deliver the parcel on the same day they were assigned with the parcel, otherwise no commission.

Looks like a legit complaint. Go file it to the party/platform that you bought it from.
