damn....after confirm the price and confirm I am the buyer, and promise to give me 30minutes to prepare the money, after i got the money and reply in 10 minutes time, he refuse to sell saying got higher offer, just being cheated by this seller....damn.

if he never say reserve for u,he has the right to sell to anyone that he likes.
this one consider ffk case. |

The transaction just need to meet up and pay, if this is still not reserve, then wait until I meet up with him then give me the bad news?
