Is it very common in Asia?

Does anyone have it also here can share the experience also?


Sleep Apnea can lead to:-
1. Obesity
2. Heart attack
3. Diabetes
4. acid influx
5. and much more serious sickness


CPAP machine i currently using:

Resmed AirSense 10 Autoset, cost SGD2000
if import from USA, cost USD 1k exclude shipment. <-- required ENT prescription before can buy it.

currently using Resmed P30i nasal pillow mask and Philips DreamWisp on nasal mask.

Philips DreamWisp on nasal mask = i get <1 AHI average per night
Resmed P30i nasal pillow mask = i get 2 to 8 AHI average per night

Do you mind sharing how you went about to test for your sleep apnea, did you do the Full Sleep Test at home or at hospital?

My partner says i snore a lot, does that mean i have this?
