 I diagnosed with Sleep Apnea recently, Let talk about the experience

A friend also got diagnosed recently.

Had to try with the machine or wear an oral appliance.

Yea he had to use the cpap machine. Also from sg.

Btw sleep apnea can affect ppl who are not obese too. It's a common misconception that people who are fat only can develop sleep apnea. My friend gyms regularly, super fit bt yet diagnosed with it
