Easy way to see if u have high risk of sleep apnea is to do STOP BANG questionairre.. just google it.

to conclusively confirm it,

do a partial sleep study (level 3) or if u banyak duit or complicated case get a polysomnography(psg or full sleep study which is level 1/2)

from there can conclusively know what is ur condition

im just answering question on how usually they going to diagnose u with sleep apnea since i do work with the ent and respi dr in regards to sleep study and cpap.. im sorry if u think its "googled answer" thus may be wrong. im saying google the stop bang questionaire since usually dr would also ask the same type of question from that questionaire before referring for a sleep study test.
