must cpap. jangan tak cpap.
my father had sleep apnea, woke up 4-5 times every night swearing. not treated in anyway and i was a dumb ass for not knowing. passed away from heart attack after his regular morning walk. interrupted sleep is serious business. take care of yourself, ts. |
