People with weakness of esophagus muscles. Sleep halfway, muscles collapse, obstruct breathing airway and apnea results. In extreme obesity, high cholesterol & LDL narrow breathing airways and apnea

No. This is common misconception.

If you think you know more than ENTs, then I got nothing to say.

Sticking to the context: if you are obese as claimed, losing weight is worth a try. I dont see any point in talking about how sleep apnea is also an issue with non-obese people, which is not your case here. ENTs would advise on losing weight too if the patient is overweight.

A lot people with sleep apnea didn't even understand their problems before they were going overweight.

If you think reduce weight can reduce sleep apnea to the point it doesn't affect patient health, i don't know, maybe you are claiming to be better than ENT after all?

If you think being obese is fine and that TS should not do anything about it just because it is a "misconception" to you, I rest my case.
