Hi,

Seeking help for this problem. No idea why I suddenly am unable to watch any streaming videos in an android browser when I try to access a site like Dramacool or Kissanime. No issue playing YouTube or other embedded videos.
Looked at this solution, but nothing seems to work.

Everything was working fine until yesterday evening. Thought that this might be related to some Android update patch, but did not see anything online.

Only thing different was the installation of Plex. Have installed and reinstalled Plex but the problem remains

Any ideas why? The last resort is to rollback to factory settings...

Tried dramacool on my ancient Opo, LineageOS 18, Chrome, works fine though.
Any error message or screenshot and system spec would be helpful, it's SOP for asking help in tech support everywhere.

Have installed and uninstalled. That was not the issue

This video file cannot be played Error Code 224002

That's why I attached the link in my earlier message-to state that I have already tried what was suggested in the attached link.
The system is an old android box Amlogic 905 chipset.

Was working fine for years until yesterday - been Googling for answers but can't seem to find any.
Am hoping someone knows what the problem is - otherwise I have to do a factory reset

Tried several other browsers ( Brave, Chromium, Opera, Firefox ) same effect. It does not work.

Wondering if I need to install ADB to debug...

I can't even open that website with my Android phone lol but it work fine with desktop browser
You may try dramacool.tv, work for me and seem like the same website

Tried on Samsung internet browser, able to play video, but so much of pop out ads
