i have re-new my roadtax via online MYEG website since Jul-23. Until now havent receive the roadtax.
Call the HQ also nobody pick up, call the logistic officer also no pick up.
Is there a shortage of roadtax paper currently.?
I tried go to MYEG counter also they say no roadtax paper !

Anybody experience this delay in delivery via MYEG website renewal ?

Takes three weeks upon expiry for delivery.

it is really take more than 3 weeks for delivery. I renewed last month and received early this month.

I waited for a month (part my mistake due to not at home to receive). That be my last time renew thru MYEG.

Today my wife renew road tax @ Mid Valley pos office less than 10 minutes.

Last few years it was next day delivery.

Only this year took longer.

Just ask them to drop in mailbox if not at home

No shortage of stickers. Just went to do mine at post office this morning. Done in 10 minutes.

yes... i did went to poslaju for other purpose/ seing other renewed it within 10mins...
pissed me off knowing i pay for the MYEG delivery yet service damn poor....

Yes take 3 weeks or so for me too. Bopian lo coz mco time. But thankiew to them also at least can renew it 🤣

Nowadays waiting period is 1 month. No more next day delivery. I waited till road tax already expired 2 week only received.

It will come eventually, just print out the receipt or save a copy in ur phone is enough

As long as it's renewed in JPJ system, no need to worry.

Can check with JPJ direct your road tax validity.

I did renew my motorcycle road tax last month, till now MyEG didn't deliver it. In JPJ system, it's renewed on the day that I renew it using MyEG. No worries.

took me about 3 weeks to arrived...and that was in April this year

I just paid rm2 fee at post office. Never had it so easy. From now on will book all my renewals.

Penang area - I renewed on 26th Jul - already received on 2nd Aug (1 week exactly) so I suppose the roadtax paper depends on regional availability?
My roadtax expiry date is 6th Aug

It took 3 weeks for me, received today. Renewed one driving license and one road tax, received both together.

They will call the contact number to verify before delivering. Someone at the address can receive the package on your behalf, provide a driving license or IC to verify.
