Once I restarted my iPhone, then the page magically appeared. Try restarting if you don’t already see the page.

Just subscribed to Apple One Premier and it automatically combined my iCloud+ plan (2TB). Finally, now I save about RM10 per month now since its both combined!

I wonder can you subscribe additional 2TB apart from Apple One Premier to become 4TB? But who need 4TB cloud storage

Yes you can top up to 4TB of data. Usually those who need 4TB is when all of their family members or friends have multiple devices.

If you shoot raw files on the iPhone or ProRes video, the 4TB will come in handy, especially the transferring part…but still agree it’s overkill

I agree on the size of ProRes Video. Although iPhone still using lightning cable, the file transfer is a disaster. But iCloud transfer can faster than lightning cable?

Again, I just want to find out can it stack or not for knowledge purpose. 50GB sufficient for me

I felt transferring files via iCloud is much faster than lighting cable, so I believe it affects the transfer speed, that’s if you have a good isp I supposed?

cos apple hanching us still using usb2.0 standard for lightning lol. nowadays wifi speed also faster than usb 2.0

but ppl still pray to apple and cry manly tears when apple announce new iphone i guess that is part of the strategy to force ppl into using their icloud service.

Yea honestly though using lighting to transfer file in 2021 is quite sad but like you said that’s probably a way to force us into iCloud..if they give us usb c means lose revenue in iCloud lol

ipad they move to usb-c becos user base is actually less. and ipad don need that much storage space, cos u don really take photos videos using ipad. iPhones, on the other hand, is most of their revenue comes from, and all the storage ppl use to backup videos and photos, summore ProRes file size, so u know la lol.

yeap..oh wells no choice have to just hope for the best..hope iPhone 14 will be usb, I haven’t really texted ProRes mainly coz of the transferring issue lol

i dont remember seeing any news that they are going to implement the USB-C in other regions though.
Damn, EU consumers laws are so powerful, sigh.

if EU change, i believe they will change all iphone together la because if 2 diff phone, later diff chipset for lightning and usb-c probably will have higher manufacturing cost for them.
