so my main question is, could it be that cheap ? WHY ? |

the shop that sells SGs for rm120, their size is quite big.. should be adult size, cos when i went there, all of them were sleeping...none could be seen loitering around
the shop is at petaling street... do u think its posible for me 2 purchase 2 of it, then try taming them ? |

purchase 1 joey ?
i thought they live in at least a pair ? i read somewhere stating that its not advisable to have 2 males and 1 female as the males will fight for mating rights, so do u think its advisable for 2 females and a male instead ? This post has been edited by kayz1e: Oct 1 2007, 09:51 PM |

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « i agree with you, i actually intend to learn more deeply about SGs, about their daily lives, since the male SG my fren is gonna give me comes with a 3ft cage, all accessories, so i guess it would be much easier for him and me, ill only have to work on the bonding part, after he's not afriad of me, ill proly get another male OR fmale.. i spend most of my off-working hours at home, so i guess spending time with it shouldnt be a problem |

QUOTE(crazymouse_yyh @ Oct 2 2007, 09:18 PM) Looking for a good seller requires patience and time loh... don't rush into things and don't jump onto cheap stuff. okiE.. would gladly love to !!Anyway, I will be getting a male glider for adoption, should be around 5 months old. Would you want it? But then you have to impress me with your knowledge and also how are you gonna care for it. when would it be up ? as i need to prepare myself and get everything ready by then XD |

i think for starters, 2 males should be sufficient ? |

@KP
i actually intend 2 keep 3 all together... but ill leave that to later in the future, as i will have to bond with them 1 by 1 if im able 2 bond with two of them, and if they are just nice, i wouldnt get another one lo.. but my main concern, is to give them a happy place to live, not making them fight one another, so... its either a pair, OR all 3 males or all 3 females |

i jsut got back from great eastern.. there's a SG i saw over there... it looks so stressed up... it was hiding inside the hole all the while..
when i look at it... he was shivering... poor SG... it's all alone in that cage... i see plenty of insects around the cage, and its so smelly, i wonder when was the last time ppl actually gave him food or clean the cage.. |
