actually it depend on the suggie it self i think. i pet 2 suggie, but everyday get different quantity poo. haha... sometimes a lot, sometimes little. it depent on the food we give them also. haha.. correct me if i wrong.
oh ya, meal worm. is the dry meal wrong work? those dry meal worm for fish? i just start to try it out, and they eat, just half of it. the dry meal worm is in small cube size, so is easy to handle, and.. not alive. haha...

just get a pair of suggie for my friends yesterday. haha... (will add up my suggie work) haha....

he i am back. nope, i didn't mix the new 2 with my old 2. i went to buy it for my friend, not myself one lah. haha... the first day my friend all scream for help cause they can't handle it. (they see mine so active, playful and friendly, thinking when he will get one like mine). but eard from him today that the glider(s) already can be hold by hand, and didn't scare him anymore. haha......

ooo... i give them the fish worm cube, cause my suggie, is super bad taste. they scare the worm which a life, wait the worm to die, then only they will go eat. so not healthy. huh..... so i planing to bake the worm so can keep for long and won't be smelly when they dead. is that ok ah??

mm.... i dunno about that thing oh. i tak and see, dunno written with honey etc.....etc.....etc..... and i see it is like crunched cornflekes, and is too tiny for my fatty (fatty like to grab her food, food that she cannot grab she won't bother to see also). so i didn't put much effort to see it loh. haha... now the fatty and the slimmy is playing with the wheel. is very noisy! haha.... (cause the living room is dark now, no one outside.) oh ya, i put my suggie in living room, so they can observe and will be normal with my other family member. haha..... (mostly the family member is the one who observe them. haha...)

vincent09, my family starting dun like them, and keep asking me to 'throw' them away. haha... but later they find it very funny having them around, cause running the wheel, hand feeding, sometimes when they saw people their head will came out from the 'house' to see who is around... etc. but of course lah, if pee and poo on 'unsuitable' place, tats different story.
maybe u should try put water bowl.... u know those bottle which water came out from below? those they use for dog and cat and rabbit etc, but smaller type. or like what i did last time, i feed them water using the water bottle after they eat. now they know how to drink from there lah.
ooo... is honey good or no good for the glider? i give them those 'kampung' honey, not those sell at the market one. mine is those the kampung people straightly gather from the sarang lebah, then they filter out the honey from the 'bee's house'. no additional colouring and preservative. hehe...

dai86  thank you for the info about the bottle, is it like a bottle with a small bowl at below that kind biggrin.gif.

Ya Honey no good for too much, that why i need to mix another mix food that is use fruits jam.
*
is ok. but if u are getting it, get those with small small 'bowl' one, so it won't polutted with the poo and pee. hehe....

ooo.. crazymouse, thanks ya. but one more things that i not understand, isn't that glider in nature get honey is those raw honey? since no one cook for them? sweat.gif .... but why the internet writer suggested not give them raw honey?

about sick keeping warm is because by keeping warm, our body system will function as normal, body system need a degree of heat to function, if too cold or too hot it will infected our body system (those hormone etc).
and honey i think one is cause the heating element, another is that honey have healing and killing bacteria functioning. hehe.. (ooopp... i be teacher too much di. haha... by the way, i am a part time teacher. haha...)

the bowl, not really a bowl lah... how to say leh??? the open place is just a big as five cents, and the water bottle is flowing down to the small open place, they only can lick the water, can't play with it. i post a pic next time. hehe... i using it cause last time my slimmy don't like to drink from the normal bottle, maybe he lazy... sweat.gif sweat... then i found out he like to lick the water on my finger (mostly when handling them, i will wash their food bowl etc and finger is wet) then i starting put 'real' water bowl, and as what discuss earlier, they get wet playing with the water, then i found that 'bottle + bowl'. haha.... quite usefull lah. cause i am using some mineral for small mammal which need to add into water, so i will put it with that 'bowl bottle', then will put nomal water in the normal bottle. tongue.gif
and ya, another thing i wanna ask... u guys glider's ear is like elf one right? pointed end... why my fatty is round? haha.......

crazymouse, nope. no one cut her ears. she small time when i get her, the ear normal one, but dunno why when she grow bigger and bigger it be round.... .sweat. u see her picture when she small time about 1 month plus i get her, the ear already turn into short and round. people who saw her said she very tame and 'listen to what the owner say', thats y ear turn into this look. haha.... (funny right?)

vincent, mine no smelly, cause they will not pee and poo in the coconut house oh. they mostly will came out to pee and poo. if smelly, i spray those odor killer to the hole loh. haha... but now they like the plastic house more than the coconut house. if they make the plastic house dirty with food, only they shift to coconut house.

hackerzx, mine don't like cut'ed apple and other fruit + vegetable. last time i use to cut it. but they won't eat it. haha.... (maybe they tot small piece no nice, big piece is tastier. haha.....)

for how much do they sell these little creatures?
*
depend on place, some selling rm380, some reached rm480.

hehe.... i think her ear grow short is good for me too. since she is 'special', then when some other people steal her i can recognise her! haha.... mmm... althru she got a short ear, but i don't think it effect her hearing. cause everytime i just need to open my door, and she already looking at me. haha.... and i think because of the ears grow short, it make her nose grow better. she will came out from her house everytime when i holding food to feed them (never reach she already out), and she also can smell food althru a bread, when i eat not far from her (about hand length). haha........

jack66, did you put the cloth as i mention earlier to you?
let you glider sleep inside i pouch, when she is sleeping, hang her around your neck...

my glider is very tame, until she will never make noise when i holding her. she will just move around my body, and handfeed is no problem. can recognise me when i move close her. no bite. but the time i put in... when she is joey, 12 hour perday, 6 days perweek. for about 3 month... smile.gif

(tat time i work with pet shop and they allow me to bring her to work as long she never disturb my work. haha... and of course, when she awake and move around my body, it be an attraction to people around. tats y the boss allow me to bring her.)

wah... already long time didn't come and post here. how are you guys doing?
currently my Fatty seems knowing to ask food from me. haha... everytime when i clean the bottom of the cage (i did it everyday), she will jump out from her hidding (in the house, coconut shell or plastic pot) and wait me at the cage's door and she will grab on the cage like unable to wait me feed her. haha... is so funny....... every of my friend who had not seen her for about a year say she is FAT... like always. haha....
the male one is still a problem to me. huh... unable to tame him.. so sad... what can i do? he is now about 1 years old... huh.... but luckily they won't fight. but few weeks back they do fight for once, and my Fatty are a little injured on her neck (some skin peel out. she get some botak on her fur) but they never did any fight again after that. dunno what happen....
uhhu... so long didn't chat here, any special things happen?
