by the way, my glider loves watermelon, honeydew, and rock melon....

somemore the newspaper will be WHOLE WET in the morning, is this means they pee alot when eating this fruits? hahaha funny la  rclxub.gif

Those 3 fruits all all watery type, ofcourse they pee more smile.gif

You can alternate watery fruits with normal ones like apples, pear, mango, etc.

You'll see the difference.

You can cut it.

It's a bit tricky when you first learn to, but it'll be very easy once you have mastered it.

All you need to cut it the very bit of the sharp tip, not much at all smile.gif

Most suggie owners will cut their nails every week smile.gif

If you can live with the scratches, the you can ignore it.

If not, better get it cut.

No need special tool, a normal nail clipper will do. A sharp one is better and makes the cutting faster also.

Hmm, you wait till lollypop bigger and heavier, then you will feel the pain...

When a suggie is still young and light, takpelah, when they gain weight, can cause minor bleed scratches sweat.gif

Hahah... my neck and arms all got wounds and scratches... cutting the nails of joeys is always risky and tough at first, but once familiar, it is very easy.

Gliders can only drink 2 brands of milk.... First Born Puppy milk and Pets Own Lactose Free milk. Never give cows milk or goats milk.... it will make them sick coz some gliders have poor guts and cannot tolerate the 5% lactose in cow and goat milk.

Just play with your SG or give more time with your SG.

For me, if Ah Pit stay at my hand or body for 1 minutes, i already happy like heaven biggrin.gif

jack66, did you put the cloth as i mention earlier to you?
let you glider sleep inside i pouch, when she is sleeping, hang her around your neck...

my glider is very tame, until she will never make noise when i holding her. she will just move around my body, and handfeed is no problem. can recognise me when i move close her. no bite. but the time i put in... when she is joey, 12 hour perday, 6 days perweek. for about 3 month... smile.gif

(tat time i work with pet shop and they allow me to bring her to work as long she never disturb my work. haha... and of course, when she awake and move around my body, it be an attraction to people around. tats y the boss allow me to bring her.)

Getting joeys that are not the right one for you or untame ones sure lah crab and cannot sit still. This is very normal since the suppliers cannot hold and tame for you, takes too much of their time.

Please read the 1st page. You really gotta learn that having gliders take patience. All of us here really took weeks or months to get our joeys tame. It cannot happen overnight.
