At the moment yes until rates are rising then debts will be cheaper

it is the concept....... nothing to do with the actual rates....

doesnt matter what the rate is, shareholders' funds will always be more expensive than debts...........

Seems like a solid IPO. Did some analysis of my own. Comparing this to recent star IPO Optimax. Cneigld has a higher profit margin PAT for 2021 was 18% compared to Optimax 9.6% in 2020. Definitely higher upside. Even currently Optimax PAT is only at 13.8%.

Optimax has only 61.7% of shares under moratorium for the first 6 months vs Cengild with almost 75% under moratorium.

I will be making a buy in for this healthcare IPO. Wonder if anyone else has any input?

That price look resonable for the opening. first day trading at +- 0.040

I think the IB had give-up predicting the price as they ,seldom get it right.

1. Check that you CDS is a direct CDS not a nominee CDS
2. If you don't have a direct CDS... go and apply a direct CDS from any Broker
3. You can apply easylly via you online banking like Maynamk2u or Cimb Click......
4. If you are usin maybank 2 u....
1..Log on
2. Click apply
3. Click investment
4. Click eIPO
Just follow the instruction and you are done

Just want to add certain banks will allow purchase of ipo earlier than other banks.
