do the current cloud save games on steam/epic/etc get carried over to geforce now ? i.e u immediately resume where you left off ?

currently i built my own cloud gaming RIG.
basically, i put my gaming RIG at my old house (lower TNB rate), running it headless, enable WoL, , ddns, set proper forwarding in router.
whenever i wanna game, i just remotely WoL & parsec in.
i dint quit my game, just alt+tab & hibernate.

cannot mod, cannot cheat.

Not much RTX enabled gamed on GFN though. Next one to play would be Metro Exodus for me.

I don't understand how this work. If this streams from the cloud, does it mean I can play even without a graphic card? Means I just buy the game and play right? If that is the case means we don't need to buy graphic cards for gaming anymore?

the game run on server that geforce now provided, the good thing is you can max out the game graphic setting without any hardware limitation on your end. mean even you have old pc, as long as you have good internet connection you can max out ingame setting and enable rtx (on supported game) without any expensive dedicated gpu

but the downside is you need to own the game first and and need to pay for geforce now subscription. the game limited to the one on the supported game list (they update the list every week)

Graphic card don't matter, only internet connection. You can play using windows surface also.
You are just basically just renting a 3rd party super pc and it just stream it to you. Easiest way to understand it's like twitch gaming with the ability to control the game
