Actually u can eat or drink whatever u want before and after vaccine

i whacked Mekdi and Pizza after getting cucuk

I didn't eat before my jab. Maybe that's why I pening a bit.

well the nurse did say that i cant smoke for a week, but who can tahan a week

Don't remember what I ate before vaccine but after the 2nd dose I ate nasi kandar with kambing. Then 2 paracetamol

Didn't eat before my jab, then had porridge after jab.

Lucky u still alive...
No beef or kambing... At least 1 week...

I was told to eat alkaline food n drink alkaline water. Cooling to counteract vaccine heaviness.

They said virgin coconut water like anti vaccine...
Would "cut" all the effects of vaccine... That's why people says... Woah. After vaccine. No side effects.. . Because coconut water does their work to stop the vaccine from spreading into your body 😉💪
