Hello guys.

I will be starting my career as Senior Execx in Engineering Dept. at MAHB (under KLIA Aeropolis).

I would like to ask whether anyone here had been working (or currently work) with MAHB. What are the good and the bad career development in term of career, stress, office politicing and worklife balance?

I've read reviews from Jobstreet, and most MAHB former employees stated that there are pro in worklife balance, but the office politic and dealing with superior will be a tough challenge.

While Indeed's review stated otherwise i.e executive(and Assistance Manager) need to chasing deadlines, working over the weekend and the only benefit given to you is medical bemefits. Reviews in Indeed also stated that the turnover rate is very high due to above.

Anyone here who already work with MAHB before, particulalrly KLiA Aeropiolice site, hope uou guys can share your experience .

great workplace for retirement I think.

I dunno whether due to pandemic had affected the prospect to settle down there.
