My husband wanted to buy a watch for when he's out for a run.
We found this nice Garmin model, not the latest, but at good price so we bought it.

When the item arrived, it seemed ok until he went out to try it.... the gps didn't seem to work, certain apps were not syncronizing and... worst of all... at the end of his training, the watch screen froze!

He contacted technical service who told him to 'reset the watch'. He did. And the same thing happened again, and again. And... curiosly, the battery seemed to drain like water. Really strange for a brand new watch.

We contacted Garmin, they asked us the serial number and other watch Ids.. and lo and behold.... the watch was sent to Malaysia in 2017 and USED in 2019 .....
But the store claimed this as a 'brand NEW watch'.

There you have a fraudulent store.

The store never took resposibility, so we initiated a legal claim with Shopee and told them all this ordeal.

Thankfully we got our money back, but never EVER again buy in this store.
