Hi guise, lpg gas tank how to collect back deposit? I don't cook and use induction cooker. Help.

Cos the kedai runcit all very cunning now, u buy new ask for RM60-70 deposit.

When u send back, give u back RM40 only.

I recall you just call your supplier tell them come collect, u dont need new tank, they'll pay u during collection

so cheap deposit rm60-70? in my place deposit is rm200 leh, straight at supplier mygas or petronas

sell to any shop or ask if any new neighbour wants it... sell 50 alot of takers...

My uncle runs a grocery store in Kedah, I did check with him that deposit is indeed still RM50.

Note that the Govt set price for 14KG is RM26.60, at my place include delivery is RM29.50, which I could accept. However, the kedai runcit now, even if u transport it urself from their store, they also dare to charge u RM29, or RM30 for foreign workers.

If you still have the receipt,you can sell back for 70 to 90 ringgit.

if dont have receipt,they will buy back for half or rm 50, depends on the person/shop you sell it to.

don't straight tell them you want to return the tank and get back the deposit la
ask like you want to get a new tank, like ask how much deposit? can get full deposit back when return?
after they answer that and you satisfy with the amount, then only tell them you want to return

I saw a worker delivering gas tanks to my neighbours, asked the worker he accepts empty tanks or not, he said ok and took it gave me RM50/tank, it's different brand of gas tanks than the one he's selling.
