QUOTE(nexona88 @ Aug 30 2021, 02:30 PM) Why pay if can get free 😬 I wish they offer to non Malaysian. My wife is a non Malaysian and a housewife not factory worker but impossible for her to get Pfizer. It seems foreigners are just being thought of as last resort and give them the vaccine nobody wants. All thats does is leaves a lot of people unvaccinated and then they wonder why the pandemic still present. I wonder if anyone in government or public service know anything or just hopeless and don’t think more than just today. Very frustrating. That's why many employer "forced" staff go via PICK instead of PIKAS 🧐 Many prefer Pfizer... That why those PPVs that offer always full previously... Now some places empty, coz everyone already gotten theirs... |

Based on the great advice give in this forum, was able to talk my wife (foreign National) to Dewan Sivik MBPJ late this afternoon / early evening to get her first dose. Almost no one there in the walk in section and was able to accept her and she got her preferred vaccine of Pfizer. After so much stress for the past 3-4 months waiting and waiting for an appointment following the great advice here we were able to tale our own responsibility and get her first dose with the vaccine she wanted. They accepted foreigner with no issues or question. Maybe as mentioned before it might have been successful being towards the end of the day and no crowds. The staff at the centre were so friendly and extremely helpful. Congratulations to all the staff at this centre. My wife is so happy and we are both now so less stressed (I am fully vaccinated) but with her not, it was making it so difficult in doing everyday tasks of shopping and other tasks 😊 Again thank you to all on this forum 😊 notyourboi liked this post

QUOTE(mikessc @ Sep 2 2021, 10:43 PM) Yes. She had been registered for over 6 months. Waiting for an appointment that never happened and she had a preference for Pfizer for personal reasons Lucky we took control and searched for somewhere to get vaccinated with her preferred vaccine rather than keep waiting for an apointment that never came. Don’t wait for the government for I think foreigners are their lowest priority. Look after your own well being |

QUOTE(Billy.Who @ Sep 3 2021, 11:13 PM) Not too sure about this but I think i read somewhere that Klang Valley addresses are valid for both Selangor & KL vaccination centers.. I took my wife there the other day and she is a foreign National and we live in KL. She did not have any issues being allowed in and got vaccinated with her preferred vaccine. Bring documents just in case such as passport and your MySejahtera app. A drivers licence will also help in case they want to make sure your from the Klang valleyAnd as someone replied earlier, you can just drop by to try your luck.. The non-Malaysians I saw earlier didn't have any problems with registration so it will be worthwhile |

QUOTE(jst-95 @ Sep 5 2021, 01:44 PM) Checking for a friend who's a non-Malaysian and has not gotten an appointment, is it that only Dewan Sivik MBPJ allow foreigners? There might be other. Check previous posts for the list. But definitely Dewan Sivik MBP did for my wife who is not Malaysian was able to walk in s few days ago. But look at the earlier posts for more areas allowing foreigners |

QUOTE(extercy @ Sep 6 2021, 03:47 PM) Don't come to Dewan Sivik MBPJ today. Lots of people and foreigners. I am glad you were able to get your injection and the type of vaccine you preferredThe foreigners have a hard time due to the forms to fill and slow internet. They will ask to access FB scan function or Google Lens scan a QR code that will lead you to fill a digital form from Google Docs on the tent before the steps. Then when you enter the lobby, you need to fill in a handwritten consent form that you will be carrying throughout the whole process. All pretty smooth after that. Do make sure you have internet access as the whole process, they will want to see a refresh page of MySejahtera app. If you cancel an appointment, make sure it is cleared off before you go as they will deny you if the Cancel Appointment is still there. No parking inside so park outside at the designated free parking. Thanks for the info guys. Finally got Pfizer. Walk-in. And FYI, I asked and it was a strict NO to butt injection. Only arm injection extercy liked this post

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Sep 6 2021, 06:00 PM) Thats very fast to clear. Means less demand. My wife took almost 6 weeks to clear and remove that crazy red X. Even after dozens of messages and phone calls to the help desk. Nothing happen for 6 weeks and when it finally cleared we were able to quickly get to the appropriate walk-in centre before an appointment was given at a PVV site which she did not want to visit |

QUOTE(extercy @ Sep 7 2021, 08:34 PM) For the vaccine appointments Dose 1 and Dose 2, That’s strange. After my wife went there as a walk in for her first dose the day after she got her 2nd appointment listed. She accepted straight away1) What is the last day to confirm the appointment ? 2) And what happens if you past the appointment date without confirming ? Will there be the Red X ? Mine appeared today for my Dose 2. |

QUOTE(ohtheirony @ Sep 8 2021, 12:38 AM) 1. The day of vaccination Totally agree. Good advice2. Red X will appear, stating you missed appointment My suggestion, you should confirm your attendance a day before your appointment. If you confirm earlier you cant attend, the vaccine center can count out the dose you dont take that day, thus making sure none go to waste. If you reject on the day, since they took out from fridge thinking you can come, the shelf life of vaccine starts to count and might end up in rubbish bin |

QUOTE(adbacc @ Sep 9 2021, 01:28 PM) Found out mine got rescheduled to Axiata Arena in Bukit Jalil from HCO F KLCC, so do recheck before going. Thank you for sharing. I will ensure my wife checks there appointment details to ensure the venue as not changed. She is scheduled for her second dose at Dawen Sivik MBPJ in a fortnight’s time. I hope they are still open at that time for those needing their second dose |

QUOTE(Billy.Who @ Sep 9 2021, 05:16 PM) This is what worries me.. only notify you at the very last minute. I just hope they don’t forget all those still needing their second dose from a closed PPV centre. That will just create big demand for those centres still open and increase crowds. But like always they will rethink their mistakes and try to fix. Looking at the daily injection numbers there is still a lot of people getting their first injections.Wish they would be more efficient at rescheduling. |

QUOTE(bristlebb @ Sep 11 2021, 09:06 PM) From my understanding while the walk-in sites will close on the 15th I believe some will remain open until then and the end of September for second doses. |
