USA is 1902 deaths per million while Malaysia is 334 deaths per million.

We are doing well compared with US considering our healthcare spending.
The reason is that US had politicians that politicise public health measures and covid. Also some of their population did not take this pandemic seriously and do not follow public health guidelines.
