So I am going to install two 12inch 4 ohms 750w double coil subs. My current amp is pioneer GM-D9701

The store staff intro this pegasus amp to me because he say my current amp won't able to carry the load.



Should I take it?

Your current Pioneer amp 10X better than that Pegasus junk, the RMS rating even not exceed 200 watts in bridge mode, that only class AB amp.
If your subwoofer is true RMS rating, better taking thai custom made amp. This one I can hook 2 x 4 ohm double voice coil massive audio 15" 1500 RMS each.
