I'm thinking of applying nippon flexiseal or nippon flex 200 to fix the leak. Do you know which one is better?

Any other recommendation other than the above 2?

No, below is what I found in their website

FlexiSeal Elastomeric Membrane is a mastic positive water proofing which formulated based on elastomeric styrene acrylic polymer for exterior application.

Nippon FLEX 200 is a single component, elastomeric, breathable, acrylic copolymer liquid apply waterproofing coating.

I've not done it before.
I'm thinking scraping off any old paint and then rub it with sand paper . After that use wet cloth to wipe off any excess powder left off from sand paper rubbing.

For flex 200 they suggest to put fiberglass mesh for better result.

Thereafter follow product instructions. Let the 1st coat to dry completely b4 applying the next coat. A 3rd or 4th coat is no harm if product says 2.

Use a good brush and roller.

I read from manufacturer's recommendation, to strengthen the coating, lay a layer of fiberglass mat in between the coat.
Is there a specific type of fiberglass mat for this or any fiberglass mat will do?
