can recommend me good mattress ?

previously i use ikea hovag , and now because of pkp you know la..

Any good recommendation ?

I use Sonno Lite. Ok la can feel like I got better sleep, my mi band also recorded some improvement in my sleep score, before dapat 60-70, now around 80-90.

They also have 100 days trial period if you wanna try first.

If u wan budget friendly and oso gud quality can try : Neckpro at lazada.. They got many type of mattresses oso.. Choose what type as ur preference.

I bought rm1.5k neckpro zenovia (medium + firm, with pocket spring, included coconut husk pad layer in the middlelayer of the mattress )

Quite gud 4 me after 2 month still satisfied, my back pain stop... And oso cause of pocket spring, zero motion mattress..

When fun2 with wifeyy oso steady bed.. Huhu.. Recommended for me..

Now i need to change mattress di cause i threw it away
