Prevent people from sending PM or quote that person post.
Like imagine send PM never reply. Quote never reply.
Once they come back from suspension will have full of PMs.

User is suspended je, can either be short/long/perma horidei. Maybe need to have another tag to differentiate those who's been permabanned. Maybe grey out their posts or need to click to view the post, like those on ignore list.
