Sorry im not sure if this is the correct place to ask but I am currently looking for a 40-43" smart tv to put in my room to watch some youtube netflix and also iptv. Has anyone here ever try the xiaomi smart tv like the mi tv 4s or mi smart tv 4a? Anyone here can recommend me a smart tv between the range of rm1000 - rm1500 range Or is it better just to get a normal tv and buy a tv box separately?

Recently saw Prism+ TV popping out in my FB ads. RM2999 for 55" if not mistaken.

Like many influencers use it and say good.

When you turn on the TV, it will show ads first, for about 1 minute.

I heard it from China people. Global version may be no such problem YET.

I have a mi TV 4s recently, just RM1.8k for 55". Unit is from Russia apparently. Using global ROM. Everything is great except can't install Netflix from playstore. I installed through apk and can watch movies but navigation in that app is clunky. That's the only downside I've found.

You may try above apk which is remote friendly for atv box but max at 1080 provided your tv has L1 widevine etc necessary for Netflix. Hope it works for you

I dont have ad issues with my xiaomi TV (55 inch A Pro 2025). But I noticed that my TV is so slow. Btw I also have the Xiaomi TV box S (first gen) and it was way faster than my TV. So yeah, I agree with some comment here saying u should buy TV and TV box separately.

you could, but what's the point when you basically have one built into the tv already?
