Nasi puti - maybe rm0.3 per pot for beras wangi. idk
Kuah kari - 1 pkt babas kari rm5 can make like 16 generous serving of top tier kaw kari. Ignoring meat but counting other stuffs, cincai2 rm0.3 per serving.

Looks like Bangla food, mountain of rice with Kari on top of it.

ayam last time eat nasi puteh with sesame oil jer at least harum nasi sikit

Around RM 3 in klang.

sardin dalam tin adabi RM5 ada 7 ekor. pindah dalam tupperware.
slice bawang merah dan putih nipis2. slice bawang besar dalam 3 mm thick. slice cili besar dan buang biji.

tumis yg kat atas tu dalam minyak yg sikit. bila dah naik bau. letak dua ekor ikan dardin 1/4 kuah sardin dari tupperware.


rasa ikan tu dah panas tu tambah air sikit pastu letak garam dan aji. dah tu angkat.


beras 1KG RM5 ada kot. aku ingat dulu dua minggu tahan aku makan.
sardin tu 2 hari. makan tu je dua kali sehari. makan nasi byk sikit boleh kenyang.

if you go to banana leaf curry house, even if dont take any meat its like rm6-7 starting price for kl/pj areas

cook rice from home. lunch time go hunt lauk. family mart got ayam pedas thingy. few ringgits ok la. these super saving diet very hard to maintain.

I go indian shop ask them pack rice and Kari kambing ( no meat)

Syahdu when eat with popping hot rice....the kari most not just be from packet..atleast cook witb the mutton then u get the lemak and Kari sebati.

All I need is the curry that cook with meat. For me to keep the cost down . Mutton Mahal wei 30 ringgit a kilo for Australia boneless.

So I just buy curry cos while they cook..the mutton nutrient already Masuk the curry


Then I just top up vege at home ...taste good

You can buy beef stock or meat stock also. I did once, ok la. Or can buy bone/marrow, cheaper also..

Actually meat can buy 300 gram cukup for just the flavour for the gravy. I just felt buying also expensive for the amount they gave
