In my experience with Luno, I do not think it is good enough to be recommended to anyone.
When buying ETH - fees are around 2%
When selling ETH - fees are around 2 %
In the end, the fees are close to 2.5 times the profit I made.
After selling need to wait almost 48 hours for the money to be deposited into your bank account.

My fees are 0.25% maker or 0.5% taker

takes few hours for them to submit interbank giro withdrawal, then after submitted less than 6 hours get the money in my bank. Unless you withdraw on saturday, then need to wait until next business day to get the money (monday).

that's how giro works.

Fees is disgusting

But its the only exchange approved in malaysia right?

So anything happens can make police report

Worth it for safety I think

etoro i think also ok. need min rm4-5k deposit so out some's reach.
spread is shit, but on market crash days i dont see why not, better than luno since they have a profit loss calculator....
cant bulk sell all trades is a problem though. now dunno can already or not.
